employment agency specializing in sourcing Chinese Language Trainers
on behalf of Chinese language schools, companies and private individuals
worldwide, we can readily respond to your permanent or
temporary Chinese language training needs.
All our trainers are "Teach Chinese as a Foreign Language"
(T.C.F.L.) qualified, Chinese mother tongue,
with at least two years experience teaching Chinese
Mandarin to foreigners.
Every care is taken to select the right candidate to
suit the individual client. All short-listed
prospective candidates will have been previously
vetted, which includes a detailed careers check.
We can offer advice on terms and conditions, the
best kind of person for the job and the likely
availability of suitable people. We also offer
advice on the salary and other terms including
working hours, accommodation, work permits and other arrangements. Furthermore we make every
endeavour to contact a new trainer after they start
a permanent job, to ensure that all is going well or
help to resolve any problems In the event that
either client or trainer needs
our help or advice
at any time, we are always pleased to hear from
them.
Our Service
As soon as we receive your application form, we will
process your requirements and start our search by
matching your data with our list of applicants. We
will then let you have their resumes for your perusal
and arrange interviews with the short-listed
applicants. We will continue to search for the right
person for as long as we are retained by you. When
you have chosen and confirmed an applicant, we will
draw up a service contract in line with your
requirements. We will also arrange visa, travel and
anything else needed by your new language trainer on taking
up their position.
Our Guarantee
BCL makes every effort when
supplying staff to ensure satisfaction. We provide a
personal, professional service to clients and trainers.
However, it sometimes happens that a problem can
arise. It might be an incompatible working
environment, a clash of personalities, a family illness,
etc. Whatever the problem we will, on notification,
replace your staff and offer a refund within 16 weeks
of commencement date (please see QINYUN's Terms of Business for full details).
